How to Request Account & Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your Koodo Reader account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your Koodo Reader account
- We will process your request and confirm deletion via email
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, all of your data will be permanently deleted, including:
- Your account information
- Your device info
- Your reading data if you have enabled Koodo Sync
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Data Retention
We do not retain any of your data after deletion. No data is kept beyond what is required to process your deletion request.
Processing Time
Your request will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been fully deleted.
